FIRST APPEARANCE – Zappilious Rand Starr
Zappilious Starr has been a member of the Scwonkey Dog cast since I was in about the third grade. Originally conceived as a superheroic predecessor to Scwonkey back on their homeworld (when Scwonkey Dog was built more on a classic superhero model rather than an interplanetary take on the vaguely paramilitary “random 90’s Image book” model currently employed), he quickly settled into his current role as team technological genius — the Donatello or Wheeljack/Perceptor role. Only with an ego to go with his intellect. The attitude has been around since I was in middle school; the character design has been set for even longer than that.
