In which Danielle and Jennifer gaze upon quite a towering sight.

NOTES

I drew Rakyl Tower there at work when I was bored and had nothing better to do with my time. Please don’t ask me to do it again.

There used to be a quip in panel three from Jenn about Leonard wearing his sunglasses at night, but it seemed a bit much. Also, I can never remember the rest of the line in that song, “so I can, so I can …” So he can do WHAT again?

(I could look it up if I wanted to, so please don’t bother sending me a message telling me what it was. Okay?)

The last panel on this page is actually the final picture I drew that appears in the completed, finished, never-to-be-further-touched-up-again-ever first chapter. Sure, the bangs aren’t consistent with the rest of the page, but I never did like Jenn’s bangs on this page, and I much prefer that cock-eyed look she’s giving him to the lame sharpening of her previous expression I had up there before.

Leonard’s last expression was originally a thoughtful one as he noticed Jenn’s watch on her right arm, but I thought better of that. You’ll see why by the end of the chapter. Unfortunately, while both drawings are very similar, I think the original drawing was better. Ah well …
